Parking is free to all patients and visitors. If you need assistance in parking, an employee will arrange for your car to be parked. Cars should never be left unattended in the fire lane at the hospital’s Main entrance.
There are no established visiting hours at Mercy. Discretion is stressed regarding the patient’s needs for rest. Children are permitted, but again we ask your discretion as to the patient’s condition. In obstetrics, siblings and grandparents are encouraged to visit.
Meals and snacks
The hospital cafeteria, located on the lower level, serves food from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Guest trays are available at a minimal cost, but we encourage families to use the cafeteria.

Mercy Guest is Mercy’s wireless Internet access system for patients and visitors. It enables guests of the hospital to use their own hand-held device or laptop computer equipped with a wireless network card to access a free high-speed Internet connection. This service is available everywhere throughout the hospital building.
Lost and Found
Any lost or found items in the hospital are handled through our social services Department. If you lose something during your visit, please notify your nurse or contact social services, extension 3436.
