Health & Wellness

The Health Promotion Department educates community members of all ages about the benefits of creating a healthier lifestyle, building awareness about how to lower risk of disease, maintain health and how to manage chronic illness.

Our programs reach out as we partner with community health agencies/advocates and into the workplace to assist employers in keeping their workforce healthy.
